  I will never step foot into this salon again. They cut off my braids that had the sew in extensions and lied about it. They have left me feeling embarrassed about myself and even if I wanted to not wear extensions and go natural I can't. I could not stop crying for hours. They tried to play it off like that happens, no ones hair ever would look like that. I was just trying to grow my hair back and they cut the longest pieces and didn't even take their time when I tipped extremely well. She tried to hide my hair in her drawer. One of the biggest regrets ever stepping foot in that salon. They deserve no stars for that. Honesty, I have never written a bad review or ever a review before, but for what they did to me I'll never forgive them and I hope they receive no more service. I can't believe people like that exist in this world
