Carlton was 45 minutes late for my 1:45pm December 31st appointment. When he finally saw me at 2:30pm, he refused to provide a basic service. His previous client that was scheduled for 1 p.m. was somehow more than an hour late and took precedent before us . I had to insist that I was on time and needed to receive service for my family. I even opted out of hair color as he wasn't comfortable applying single process color and continued trying to sell me extra services that I simply did not need and did not want. I finally realized that we were running out of time and agreed to just have a basic refresher trim ( I showed a picture of a cut I liked) for myself and two 8 year old girls who were both waiting very patiently for 45 minutes as well. Carlton decided that our personalities, and I quote, are not a match, and demanded for us to leave his salon. At that point it was pass 3 p.m. and we received no service other than total hysteria and insults. My girls are still traumatized from the experience.
