Gian from G Strength has been training me for just over a year. Prior to my workouts with G Strength I was in good shape, but had been to a weight room only a handful of times. I also suffered from muscle spasms in my neck a few times a year that physical therapy, resistance band exercises, and chiropractor visits only seemed to treat temporarily. My goal with G Strength was to increase my maximum weights in key lifts and knock out my muscle spasm, all while maintaining my body weight. Mission accomplished! Due to his extensive knowledge and experience with strength training, fitness, and nutrition,Gian helped me far exceed my goals. My maxes for some major lifts now exceed 300 lbs., I haven't had a neck muscle spasm in nearly a year, and my body weight is holding near my starting weight. As an added bonus I have more energy, especially on lift days. Gian was accommodating of my busy schedule and listened carefully to feedback I had about training programs along the way, frequently making changes on the fly. The G Strength program has been so effective I have signed up for another year.
