  My stylist was amazing but the rest of the staff was not warm/welcoming at all. When I entered and exited, my stylist was the only person that greeted me and engaged me in conversation. I guess because I was running a little late (even though I called and notified) and my stylist didn’t charge me the full price? (because my sides and back are shaved) As I was checking out, I heard the owner “whispering” about how she should’ve charged me the full price and essentially don’t slight herself for me. I loved my hair of course, I’d known the stylist from a different shop, which is why I went in the first place, but the customer service I received as a whole from Its Hair Honey, sucked.
